• Right click on the link to the file you wish to download.
• Choose "Save Target As" (Internet Explorer) or "Save Link As" (Netscape) from the menu.
• Your browser will display a "Save As" dialog box. Note the Save In folder to which the file will be copied and the file name. Click the "OK" button.
• When the copying process has finished, you may use the appropriate software package to open the file from the folder/filename noted above.

Note: Depending on your software, clicking on the link to a file with a .DOC extension with the left mouse button may result in an attempt to open the file in Word instead of downloading the file.
